Prestige and Add-on Rarities

I've seen a lot in response to people wanting higher tier addons on certain killers (i.e green engravings, cigar boxes, etc) to keep prestiging, but does anybody have any actual numbers as to how prestiging affects bloodweb offerings post prestige-update? I'm not sure if somebody's done any testing on this.

Also, if any devs happen upon this, why would it be obfuscated from the start?
