Killer Idea, WW1 French Trench Fighter Infused with Chlorine Gas

So my idea is to make an anti-loop / information denial killer.

Design: First off the Design will be a French Republic Trench Soldier in a gas mask, using a broken rifle with a bayonet affixed to the barrel. The stock will be broken and destroyed, making this a long handled knife. They will have holes in their coat revealing skeletal bones and rotting flesh, seeping a green gas from areas as well. Their head will be a French Adrian Helmet with a gas mask on the front. The eyes of the mask glow an unnatural green, with the hose connected to a box on their hip.

Power: The power will be a simple one, “Chemical Warfare” is its name and it is a charge power. The Soldier will release build up fumes from within itself and cover an 16 meter area around them with toxic gas, this gas will impair sight and put the oblivious status on any survivor who walks through it. Allowing The Soldier to break loops and protect generators (If this is done near a hooked Survivor the gas will dissipate after three seconds). Survivors who stay in the gas for too long (six seconds) will be with a new “Sickness” like effect, vomiting twice over thirty seconds. Gas lasts for twenty seconds and has a forty second charge time.

Perks: Due to style of Warfare the Soldier endured I believe that they would have some perks to reflect the harshness of war

Perk 1: “Over The Top: You faced down horrors worse than what these trench fodder can dream of” When vaulting you’ll be immune to all stuns for 20/25/30 seconds, Pallets dropped on you will push you back but not stun you. This has a cooldown of 70 seconds. DS will allow survivors to still get away but will not stun you.

Perk 2: “Shell Shock: You’ve witnessed the insanity of war and adapted to it, or perhaps you reveled in it” When downing a survivor within 20/25/30 meters of another survivor the none effected survivor gains the exhaustion status effect until the hooked survivor is freed. If the survivor dies on the hook the effect lasts 30 seconds and the effected survivor screams.

Perk 3: “Trench Raider: You know how to strike fear in tight quarters” If you hit the environment with a basic attack survivors within 13 meters will gain the hindered effect for .5/.8/1 seconds. If downing a survivor the range increases to 20 meters with a set hinder ed status of 1.5

Add-Ons: Most add ones will probably have to do with range, cooldown, and effects of the gas. I do propose two iridescent add-ons however.

Add-On 1: “Iridescent Filter: The Fog has mutated the gas from your lungs and gives it heightened properties” Chemical Warfare now causes survivors to cough uncontrollably for ten seconds, not allowing them to interact with objects.

Add-On 2: “Unknown Compound: Your lungs fill with something even the top scientists couldn’t dream of” Chemical Warfare lasts for 15 seconds but follows The Soldier as a fog around them. Increases time from 40 to 50 seconds .

I would like to know what you guys think.
