Toy Mouse & Dog House charms not received?

In the news today along with the release of new shirts for the Cat and Dog collection BHVR mentioned if you buy 3 and 6 “pieces” from the collection respectively you would receive the toy mouse charm and the dog house charm.


I purchased Nea’s bad cat shirt, Dwight’s dog walker hoodie, and the head from Claudette’s dog walker cosmetic. I didn’t receive the toy mouse charm after checking my inventory and restarting the game. Someone else mentioned having the same problem after buying 6 pieces and not received either charm. My fear is you had to buy whole cosmetic sets in order to qualify, but if so then that was poorly worded. Is anyone else having this issue?

    situation is the same but also different for me, as i had already purchased every single cats and Dogs cosmetic way before Jeff's and Felix's were released today. so considering i had already bought those outfits i should have gotten those charms by default.
