Any updates on the fix for slugging for a 4k?

I'm sorry to say that I often kill survivors before they get all gens done.
One of the reasons is that my play-style often involves slugging two or three survivors (sometimes four, when they royally mess-up). That's how I keep the pressure up and slow down gen progress.
All this to say : that limitation you suggest wouldn't help.

I've put a few names in there. The few annoying ones who can't have a reasonable and adult conversation are in there (also one instance of a guy I truly pitied and wanted to forget altogether). It made reading the forums a way more enjoyable experience.

Basekit moris when everyone's down.
As to "when will BO/map offering/hook offering mean a guaranteed escape?" Not as long as I'm playing.

idk it seems to go both ways, survivors want a free pity escape because they would be the last one to die

Because with them going back for the save the killer isn't stuck laying on the ground unable to do nothing but crawl?
I've had people attempt this and they all die lol. This argument has no premise and holds no merit.
This is about laying on the ground unable to do nothing but afk, yeah, great gameplay btw.

The problem is, how would you fix this?
Guarantee one survivor the chance at hatch? Remove hatch? Rework the entire mechanic and add base kit Unbreakable for the last 2 survivors? How would you prevent it from being abused?
No matter what you do, you are going to step on someone's toes here. It's the choice between the devil you know and the devil you don't. And honestly, I kind of prefer the devil I know (though neither one is great).

what? NO! hatch won't get removed and killers will always be content with a worse result when they can get better! you know what, killers should give hatch to the last survivor because it is good sports. otherwise you are a toxic entitled dirty killer main.

no, that does not mean that at all. if the match came to a 1v1 with multiple gens left survivor team lost. all of them including the last one and they should also take the L.

I don't know if I already posted here, but here we go again
Survivors should pick themselves up if:
-all survivors are on dying state and on the hook
-there are 2 survivors left in the game

So if 1 remaining survivor left is an automatic loss, that means a 3K is an automatic 4K.
If every 3K is an automatic 4K, that increases kill rates across the board by 25%.
Furthermore, if being the last remaining survivor is an instant loss, and there's only two of you left, then there is no incentive to BE that last remaining survivor, when one of you is virtually guaranteed to be killed. Either there is no point in striving to be the last remaining survivor, or you do so and still end up losing anyway. This means every 2K is an automatic 3K, which we've established is an automatic 4K. This increases kill rates across the board by 50%.
With such an inflated kill rate, killers will need to be nerfed to a point where they have a roughly 50/50 chance on average of securing a 2K (de facto 4K) result.

I think the fix for that is coming on the day we get the one where the 4 survivors who clearly won sit at the exit gate until 2 seconds of endgame timer are left before leaving comes.
SO FUN!

The "fix" you are saying is the finisher mori? Because they gave up on the basekit Unbrekable

if those 2 or 3ks happen at more than 3 gens yes, that would be a guaranteed 4k. but even after the killer is done with a tunnel there shouldn't be more than 2 gens left if the team doesn't do dull totems or chests.
If every 3K is an automatic 4K, that increases kill rates across the board by 25%.
end game exists. a 3k definitely doesn't mean an automatic 4k 100% of the time.
i don't know why people think an rng mechanic affecting kill rates, hence the game balance, is a good thing. shouldn't they see the actual kill rates and balance the game accordingly?
