Is there a limit to chest spawn?

like what if all 4 survivors use the purple coin that grants 2 extra chest, would that mean 8 extra chests will spawn? or the offerings wouldn't count?

    There is no cap to the amount of chests that can spawn in a Trial (unless you consider the maximum amount of Offerings and Perks in play to be a cap).

    You can use 4 Shiny Coins and Hoarder (for Killer) to have 13 Chests spawn, but having that happen in a normal match of DBD is not really plausible due to the fact that you need everyone running Shiny Coins and the Killer to be running Hoarder (which is not likely, you need the stars to align for this to happen).
