An idea for a mechanical solution for holding people hostage

Pinning people in a corner to waste their time has sadly been a thing in dbd since the game release and is one of the few things that you can do in game to get yourself banned that's not related to cheating/exploiting. My idea is very simple and should have nearly no impact to normal gameplay.
simply make it so getting crows removes your collision.
This coding wise should be very easy to implement as it is just adding existing code for collision removal to the afk crow status effect. This change should have no real impact on normal gameplay at all, the only way i can imagine that survivors could try to abuse this is if the killer is camping a survivor by blocking a door or such and even then getting crows takes a minute so said survivor will still lose a hook state.

This will also solve the problem with the killers who close the passage and stand until the end of the collapse. I do not understand at all why the generation of doors that the killer can break does not work. Why does the game have dead ends and the killer, if desired, can toxically stand at the aisle, wasting everyone's nerves. Is this dbd gameplay?
