(PS4) Wiggle Skill Check Stuck On Screen, Blocks Decisive Strike/Future Wiggle Skill Checks

I got skills checks upon being picked up like normal, but then once I was hooked, the skill check circle stayed on my screen (timestamp: 0:15). Later, when I got picked up the second time by the killer, the skill check circle blocked my Decisive Strike from going off (timestamp: 1:18) as well as wiggle skill checks on the second pickup. It finally went away when I was hooked and got a hook skill check.
