Perk ideas & items for survivors
1. A perk that allows survivors to rebuild pallets that were destroyed ( I think the problem is survivors are afraid to use the resources around the Map because it's limited. So they try to greed the pallet and that gets them killed)
2. A item that works similar to clown, where you can drops this item and if the killer comes in contact with it they get the hindered effect for x amount of seconds slowing thier movement speed and action speed
3.another perk that helps destract the killer. Maybe a perk that creats a fake survivor that move and act like the player which could throw off the killers (something similar to how knight works)
I know killers are gonna come in here complaning. I don't care the constant complaining is what lead to the boring game dbd has become. im trying to think of things that would make playing survivor fun. Introducing new play styles for people who are not strong at looping and greeding pallets

All three of those perks are insanely broken.
- Imagine being able to rebuild a god pallet, which can already take minutes before needing to break. OP.
- Also pretty broken. Slow down the Killer in a good loop to increase chase times, then pop DH when hit.
- Once again, this increases chase times or otherwise makes Killers waste time. In a meta where Survivors can do all 5 gens and leave in under 5 minutes, and Killers have to claw for every second.

1.We have like 6 killers who literally stop survivors from Using the only resources we have on the map,but nobody calls them op
2.thats the point of the perks and items is to waste as much of the killers time as possible,so gens can get done... what game are you playing?
3.its also to help create new playstyles and to push survivors to use the resources around the Map without worrying about low balling thier teammates
4.i think killers don't want to earn thier kills they just want it handed to them.

- Yes, but that does not mean Survivors should be gift-wrapped methods to do it without effort. Once again; Killers don't have much time to waste. Your perks literally ensure, in the current meta, that Killers would never get a hook. Imagine a Killer breaking a God Pallet, in which 3 gens popped, only for someone to repair it so they can run the Killer the other 2 gens.

- So me pointing out your ideas are OP is me 'wanting kills handed to me'? Ok then; You just want EZ games by introducing perks you know are broken and OP. See? I can be dismissive, just like you.
If you can't handle critique to the point that you need to strawman and dismiss people who say it; Don't post ideas on a public forum. My critiques are valid, and you brush them off an entitled because you don't want to hear them, so we're done here.

I hope you understand how unfair this is and OP for the survivors,
play some m1 killer and you will understand how crazy it sounds

these would break the game and would need one use only to be even CLOSE to balanced, and even THEN everyone would use them.

These ideas are not broken.. ya just wanted to were survivors don't have any way to counter the Killer... back to what I said before ya don't want to earn your 4k... and I don't care about balance it's a party game.. I'm just trying to have fun.. by faking out the killers.. slowing the Killers down to counter bloodlust,play with your food,stbfl... even counter Killer like wesker who I think needs a nerf if we talking about op

Unfair?
Blood lust is unfair( doesn't require anything but just follow a survivor long enough)
Camping is unfair ( doesn't require any skill...if you have a bad game just hook a survivor and stand thier)
M1 and a special attack + 4 perks is unfair
But then again it's a party game so I don't take it that seriously.. but ya do lol

it would make the game fun for SURVIVOR, but not for killer. It would add 0 new playstyles and only make the game easier for survivors. It might be a party game for survivor, but not for killer. All this would do is make more tunneling 4 gen regression nurses. for half of the killer roster, this would make them essentially useless, especially ones who struggle as is like Trapper and Onryo, who now have to deal with the god pallet a MINIMUM of twice, assuming pallets that have been brought back can only be brought back once each. Have you ever played killer? if so, who, and for how long?

These would be a balance nightmare. Pallets are balanced around the fact they can’t be rebuilt. And an on-demand killer slow is busted. And same with the duplicate.

you havent played killer because its boring, so shouldnt you be trying to make Killer more fun? How about a killer perk that destroys undropped pallets? or that slows survivors without needing to play clown/freddy? would that make killer more fun, since it would make it easier?

Bloodlust is fair. You cant use your power or break pallets, and it goes away after a hit. Want bloodlust reset? Force a pallet break, easy. Camping is unfair, yes, but you have multiple perks that protect against camping and tunneling, meanwhile theres no killer perk that promotes or benefits from camping. Not every killer has a special attack, and the ones that have one also have an m1 for situations where their power isnt the right choice (Wesker, Blight, Huntress, Trickster). Why cant killer have 4 perks exactly....?

1. Rebuilding pallets would help survivors always have resources to go against the killer... sense we don't have weapons .. pallets is all we have.. ya keep saying balance this game will never be balance... the fact that Killers have 3 tiers of bloodlust shows this game will never be balance
2. Slowing the killer down would be fun and it would cause the killer to have rethink his strategies... thus making the game more exciting Same with a duplicate

do you understand why kill rates are important to bhvr? it shows who/what is and isnt under/overperforming, who they need to change, and then they can look into why. why does this map have a low kill rate, why does this perk result in higher kill rates, etc

1.Force a pallet break? All the killer is going to do is just follow you until they get high blood lust and then fly around a pallet with a swing..lol.. please
2.what perk protects us from camping???reassurance??? I repeat All the killer has to do is stand thier and wait it out..
3. It's the combination of m1+special attack+4 perks.. compared to survivors who just recently got one base kit ability... outside of borrow time we survivors don't have a special ability and a m1 ability to counter the killer

I see you have never played any of these killers. Saying you can't use map resources against a trapper clown or nemesis is insane. Hell, deathslinger and knight can be shut down by a good pallet.

they cant swing around a god pallet, thats why it exists. yes, reassurance. Adds extra time on hook, get the killer to mess up or take hits, then unhook.
Survivors dont need "abilities", their abilities are perks. Survivor perks are strong, deadhard, circle of healing, every exhaustion perk, those are your abilities.
You arent supposed to "counter" the killer, if you could completely counter a killer, nobody would play them. You used to be able to sabotage Trappers traps and they wouldnt respawn. You could completely remove his power. Because of that, nobody played Trapper.
it just sounds like you want easy games. Killer is strong because they are one person, they need to compete against the 4. If your team has a single braincell each, you can get 3/5 gens done while someones in a chase. Thats why people camp and tunnel. To make the game easier for them. But even then, they have to work for it by chasing them again and again. By that point, theres 2 people on gens, one in chase, one dead. Down them, hook them, now theres one on gens, one on hook, one in chase. The one on gens cant do gens because they need to help their teammate, heal them, then someone can get the next unhook and the next

1. I've seen Trapper mains put traps all around a pallet.. what are talking about..lol
2.clown can just continue to throw bottles at you to slow you down long enough to down you before you can drop the pallet
3. Nemesis can use his wip over pallets to hit and down you and break pallets

1.How about a perk that allows you to transform a door frame that is in front of you into a window for like 10 sec and has a cooldown of 50 sec

3. Deception perk that makes the gen look like 99% and takes twice as long to kick
3.1 Or a deception hook, survivor can create a fake hook but in order to do so you lose one health state but this time you can go from injured to dying state and if killer hooks you on that hook it would act like they were unhooked

3.1i like dummy hooks but that other stuff you put makes it not worth it.. I don't think people would want to lose a health state for that... its a reason why people don't run no mither

Those do sound cool and unique but then multiply that times 4 and that's what'll happen
I was even thinking of a tripwire perk for Survivor but I couldn't think of a way to make it sound balanced
This game went from a party game to a competitive game as soon as it came out with ranks/ grades and now MMR

You are not always meant to have resources. Windows are reusable, pallets are not, which is how they’re balanced.
Fun doesn’t warrant bad design or overpowered.

- The cooldown can be lowered maybe the window can stay for 5 sec and the perk cooldown can be 30 sec (I consider 5 sec a lot since DS gave you enough time to run away not like now that is only 3 sec)
- The dummy hooks with no mither would actualy be op because as i said you can go into the dying state if you are injured but with no mither you can pick yourself up
The idea is a Perk that creates dummy hooks but there needs to be a downside, hmmm, how about, Survivors can create a dummy hook and if the killer hooks the carried survivor in that hook, the result would be like if the killer dropped the survivor

1. I get it but people in here complain that survivors always dc,or suicide.. and I think the biggest reason is they feel thier is noway for them to survive long enough to make a difference..so I'm trying to think of perks and items that can help survivors last longer in the game
2. Them trying to make this game competitive is going to be the downfall of this game... they should prioritize fun over competitive

2.ya had a whole patch dedicated to killers and boosting kill rates so what are you talking about... that's why I said what I said... if thier willing to nerf good survivor perks,nerf distance you gain after being hit just to boost killers.. I wouldn't be surprise if they made perks that destroys pallets and block windows in the area for 3min or some bull like that

1) There's more to it then just "it's unwinnable"... but I get it
2) It's already happening... First with ranks then with grades and now with MMR... plus the only way to play is ranked/ graded mode
