Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Missing skin in the shop?
Hello, I'm on nintendo switch.
I'm reporting a bug that I noticed today while looking at the store for Lunar New Year promos and noticed that a huntress skin was missing of shop in game. (Image below)
Ps: This is not a rift skin
I only logged in so I didn't do anything.
I tried restarting the game and it didn't reappear.
I don't know if other skins of other characters are affected
I hope to have an answer very soon and to see all the skins come back to the game ^^

It was purposefully removed from the shop. You were too late for greedy reasons.

Was it said in a patchnote?
Afterwards I will still leave because they were purchasable throughout the year 2022 from January to December, every time it's a bug for some skins

It wasn't announced in a patchnotes, but it was part of the official post of the winter event.
Think like Fortnite, which have skins available only when they show up in the store for a few days. That's basically the same thing that has been introduced in DbD since October.

Yes, it was in annoucements constatly througout the Winter Holidays. They are going forward making holiday themed cosmetics only available through that holiday (if you buy them you can wear them any time.) Now, some of their choices I find a bit questionable, but there it is. So as this Huntress outfit is deemed a Winter cosmetic, its been removed until Winter 2023 when it will return.

I hope it will be available again with the iridescent shards during winter 2023 ^^'
