Can killers hear the jingling sound from the a.o.t ace skin

title says it all,

am thinking of buying the Kenny skin for ace but have noticed in gameplay of it that it has a distinctive jingle that plays as you run, is this audible to the killer or only the wearer?

    I never faced that skin, but i can tell you on example of Dwelf skin, which is covered in bells and jingles with every step - it is very much hearable for everyone, quite annoying too xD
