No Buffer on Hook Grasp Rescues

The flashlight/firecracker buffer for grasp rescue on hook grabs (short swings that grab a survivor when attempting an unhook) is not applied.
The buffer applies properly to every other type of Grasp Rescue, including generators, totems, chests, windows, pallets, and lockers.
Hook Grasp Rescues still require precise timing as if it were before the buffer existed. This occurs every single time, no specific requirements. Its universal on all platforms, killers, etc.
