Knight's Guards stuck in doorways

-While playing on the RPD West Wing map, I was playing the Knight and used a Guard in a doorway, and when I ended the patrol in the doorway, it got stuck in it, clipping through the top and not patrolling at all. Only have run into it once, because I didn't want to risk losing the game, but I have seen similar issues with other Guards getting stuck on pallets that were dropped on the player while making a patrol.
