Easy way to spot hackers!

Do you think DBD should implement match review? I want to be able to see the match from both the killer and the survivor perspective. This is a very good way to spot hackers. Games like overwatch have this system and hackers are so easily spotted.

please we need that in DBD and every multiplayer game should follow this system!

I would like this as well just so I can review my play and see what everyone was up to. Especially a killer so I can get a better understanding of what mistakes I made, what good calls I made, and what I can do to improve.

it aint comming cause it will reveal how bad the net code is and how many things dont line up between survivor and killer screen.

The net code is pretty bad, I miss being able to get gen grabs with The Pig when it was P2P

I think they’ve stated that, in order for this to be a thing, they would need to redo the entire game from the ground up. Almost 7 years in, I really don’t see them doing that.

I would love this feature for being able to rewatch and learn from my mistakes. Also a bonus for when people call you a camper/tunneled and then they can actually watch it back from your perspective to better understand.

No, they've already spoken about this - a feature like that needs to have the game built around it, not tacked on 7 years after release.

Additionally - even some of the most competitive games in the world have playback issues Fortnite / CS:GO both have major issues in their playback systems, it's unfortunately the nature of the online game recording where everyone has a different connection to the server.

There have been many propositions about recording the matches for a very long time.

Of course it would be great, but the only truly sane way to do it storage and "sharing"-wise aka a demo system (all the events in a match recorded in a file that can be played back in engine) is something I can't recall ever seeing being added to a game that didn't have it from release.

Sadly they have said it cannot be added now, that it would have to had been included from the start.

    Maybe in DBD2
