PC - Game Crash when switching from Victor to Charlotte

This is AFTER the 6.5.0 Patch has been applied to the game.
Step 1) Start a custom Game with 4 AI Bots as The Twins
Step 2) Play the Match until the last Survivor is about to get sacrifised. Switch to Victor before the game ends.
Step 3) Switch from Victor to Charlotte just as the game is ending and the tally screen is about to show up. Notice the game crashes.
Character Played: The Twins
Perks played: BBQ, Dead Lock, Call of Bryne and Eruption
Addons played: Silencing Cloth and Madeleine's Scarf
