New adepts not working?

Is anybody else finding that adept achievements aren't triggering?

I got a 4k on doctor (yes, with just his 3 perks), the game literally said I got merciless in the end game screen and on top of that I also got the kill all survivors in a single trial as doctor challenge completed too (Tome 2, Level 4).

Is there something I'm missing?

EDIT: nevermind, just realised that because I had a dc (David got caught in a corner and just dipped) in terms of the challenge and the merciless killer it counted but in terms of the achievement it didn't.

Okay second edit: It's just broken. Just tried to get my pinhead adept, 4 kills (no dc), merciless killer, no achievement.
