Twins - Victor release/switch stutter

• Platform: PC/Steam
• Description of the issue: whenever releasing Victor or switching to him, there is a very noticeable stutter/lag that pulls Victor back to his initial location after walking away a few steps.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): Play Twins, release/switch to Victor
• How often does this occur: Every time. It has no relation to network connection quality.
