it doesnt say anything about Incap. i think it should tho cause eruption has been a pain lately especially today

    It does not.

    It also doesn't affect the one source of timed Mangled in the game from Dredge's Tilling Blade addon (though it will affect the Blindness and Hemorrhage from that addon).
