He's balanced, however I would say my main issue with him is how buggy he is. There are many times where you just get grabbed through a pallet or vault when it should be a normally hit, so often you just lose out on distance because of it.

If they fixed that one issue with him, he would definitely be a 9.8/10 for me.

He's balanced, but extremely annoying to go against.

His TR was really cool the first 15 times I heard it, but now it's just loud and annoying and everywhere.

I also dislike his voice, wish I could turn off his lines. Pinhead has a nice deep voice, but Whiskers here just sounds snotty, overall very punchable (which does make his mori more immersive I suppose).

On the strength, he's alright. Some of his hits feel very generous on the receiving end, but I also remember his launch and how horrible it was to aim the rush just right. It's still dodgeable, so there's counterplay, so I can't complain.

But yeah, happy that most of them loiter in higher brackets than mine. I'd rather face Nurse.

... A good chunk of that is due to the players and not the killer per say though. There have been really fun matches against him and in the PTB especially I did some 1v1 against him and that was fun too ---- but most of the matches are carbon copies of each other. Wesker comes with either a camping or back-to-hook-license and if you were to bet he's gonna push a three gen from the beginning by default, you'll win way more often than you lose. We can also play Eruption-Bingo. And Pokos-Bingo.

I know that the M2-Pokos is about equally frustrating for both sides. As Wesker the mechanic often feels so clunky that I dropped him after maybe a dozen or so matches. - And as surv I got a "starfishing in the air" counter because it's rather ridiculous. Not to mention how his hitbox works is about as ridiculous as Huntress hatchets.

So overall, in theory he's kinda balanced, I guess - but in practise nearly every match is a combination of the same five or six situations.

I really enjoy playing against him but the one problem I have with him is his tunneling capability, if you’re hooked while being infected most of the killers “I” have been against will tunnel you because of the hindrance that you will eventually get. So I would suggest adding a mechanic that works like the pig’s trap when you’re unhooked and chased the infection wouldn’t progress so that you can have a chance to survive.

Where is the "too cringe" option?

my only issue with wesker is that infection progresses in chase, if they changed that he would be perfect outside of bugs.

If the match goes on long enough, he doesn't say anymore lines. I'd assume this is because he can only use them once, just like birkin
