He is a lot better now but still there are few tweeks he deserve

Jailer need a rework he is useless, reduce the banner bonus to surivor ( +50 speed AND endurance is way too much ), a better and more precise summon ( there are spot where you can't summon your guards like in front of breakable doors ), a slighty better interaction between guards and pallets/vault, a slight better ( guards still stuck themself on objects )

Other than that he is fine, no matter what some content creator say, he is pretty strong and he has a very solid gameplay

He needs more than minor buffs/changes. He needs a rework as the base way he functions is flawed, it’s more than number changes. He’s also very weak still. Probably the lowest skill ceiling of any killer in the game too, he has like no skill expression.

On paper he's clearly better, but the gameplay loop and the main points of criticism for him weren't addressed so to me it nullifies the changes and he might as well just be considered the same

    He's still terrible.

He's still an anti-loop killer like Artist, and suffers from most of the problems she does. He's countered by holding W, and trying to loop him will most likely have a guard planted at your feet. He's also as good as (maybe slightly worse than) Leatherface in terms of camp potential, due to the ability to have his guards instantly chase away anyone who tries to get into camp-rescue position. It helps that the guards follow the Geneva Convention and don't harm medics (haha), but it seems like many people don't know about this feature when going for a rescue. Overall his power promotes boring camp-ish playstyles.
