Trouble getting Adept Achievements

Hi, I'm not sure if this is where it goes but I wanted to report that I am not getting the Adept achievements on Steam even though I think I'm checking all the boxes.
As you can see from the images below, I have killed all 4 survivors in the match, with the 3 unique perks for Pinhead, and I even got 2 pips, yet my achievement is still locked. Considering it took me a few tries, I just feel like I'm wasting my time, if I'm doing something wrong please explain it. Thank you.
