Step 1) have terminus trigger
step 2) have one get open and wait for the broken duration to end
step 3) Open the other gate, when the other gate opens the 30 seconds (dependent on perk tier) broken effect will be reapplied, meaning the broken triggers twice.
This happened to me on Thomson House against a Mastermind with the perk, the broken effect was reapplied to both me on the hook and the other two survivors alive as we were all injured or hooked.

Can confirm. To add to this, Terminus is also not countering Adrenaline properly anymore.
