I really hate running out or running low on items from survivors I like to play.
I like some better than others.
Since the survivors are more or less interchangeable once we hit those prestige levels, the items should follow suit.
You could even make them part of the process.
Brown at P1, Yellow at P2 etc etc

This is true! If the killers differ in strength and various improvements, then the survivors are no different. And you need to combine all items, improvements, offerings into a common cell.
I'm willing to leave items only if they add 1-5% passive abilities to each survivor to something depending on their history and making them more unique and not just a junk skin
