The challange on tome 14 "Carry On" is not registering

This issue is occuring on pc.
This tome challenge is called "Carry On" its a killer challenge where you have to carry survivors for 160 meters.
When i complete this (The tome challenge tracker also shows that I've completed it) and I exit to the main menu it is actually not registering this as completed.
I did this like 6 times but its still not registering.
This issue is also happened when I did all of the other challges but they were registerd after a few more attempts but "Carry On" is not working at all.
