Dead Hard isn't problematic IMO, however...
...it's being massively overused. In almost every matches I see atlest 2-3 dead hards. If the perk wouldn't be used this much I wouldn't mind it but man it's so boring and obnoxious having to worry that the survivor has DH to the point where you are always trying to bait it out. It just feels annoying that you have to bait it out every time sometimes for 4 or more seconds. Yes it requires skill to use it once the killere knows you have it. But man I'm sick of seing it every game. They need to change it in order to reduce it's massive usage rate.

I don't think dh is op, but when dh has been prominent for so long they really should just gut to go away for a while. That's how I feel about nurse as well though.

Same with facing Eruption/Call of Brine every game.
Dead hard is fine, They are not fine.
Dead hard doesn't completely prevent you from playing the game.

This game is plagued by a stale meta that gets changes way too slowly. But the fact that they seemingly want to do some mini shakeups every midchapter from now on is great.
Regarding the Nurse: I like the canges (except Campbells addon, it's now way too op) but I still think she needs some more changes to make her balanced. Players like me didn't get affected by the changes in the slightest (though with me thats mainly the case because I played her barebone for a while and the only basekit change was the blink attacks being special attacks now and the sound cue when getting blinks back) so she is almost as strong as she used to be. Maybe it would be more fair if all aura reading gets blocked while she uses her power as well as making it so she can only attack if she presses m1 after blinking instead of being able to hold m1 while blinking and still attacking (like it used to be).

nice way to kill that killer for good... except that you forgot a little but crucial detail: in order to keep a killer funny you have to make him "fluid" and interactive. Right now she feels extremely clunky and the fact that after every blink you are forced to look down doesn't help either (add also the fact that they erased the perk synergy with her attacks and you have an unfun killer under all aspects). People new to the game won't even consider to try this killer anymore

Is nurse clunky? Yes. Is Nurse S tier? Yes. Will a new player looking to dominate as killer pick up nurse regardless of how she feels? Yes.
Nurse has a simply terribly designed power, that will forever be too good or terrible. The devs should rework her entirely (not legion/ghostface reworks, those aren't real reworks just minor buffs and add-ons passes). The excuse that nurse blinks should be basic attacks because she can't m1 is a joke, it's easier to hit people with blinks then it is to pure m1 them. The only reason they won't full rework nurse is because so many people main her and defend her, if the best killer in the game gets nerfed then maybe too many killers will quit. Her skill ceiling isn't even that high, she has the highest skill floor but her ceiling doesn't even touch blights feet. Although you seem quite killer sided from what I have seen, so I am not sure why I am posting this.

People new to the game aren't interested to win... Not in the beginning at least (I still remember when I was a newcomer to the game, my only goal was to having fun, not tryharding like a madman trying to kill at all costs) and even in that circumstance then you should also think about the casual aspect of the game (people who play just for chilling and having fun will consider this killer boring for the reasons stated above... On that point I agree with you: nurse need a complete rework, not just addon pass or slightly modification to her basekit power). For that reason then the strongest items of the survivors should be nerfed to the ground because in the hands of tryharders they are simply too strong to deal with (after all they did the same thing to most killer addons if you think about it)
