Nope, devs have explicitly stated that it isn’t considered taking the game hostage if the game will find a natural end eg EGC.
There is multiple places where it could theoretically happen, eg rooms in main on Dead Dawg, Crotus Prenn Asylum, though I guess the survivors need to kinda f up and/or killer needs to be sneaky

I was thinking of that boxed area next to thew water tower structure where there is sometimes a totem on that one MacMillan map

Yeah also possible. And also.. if there are multiple survivors there when EGC started… well maybe if NOED spawned there it would make sense?!
