"Tools of the Trade" Achievement Bugged/Adept?

I got a Merciless Killer using 3 non-teachable perks, just like the achievement says. But my number didn't increase afterwards.

This might be a problem with adept achievements, because I also got Merciless Killer with Oni, but no achievement.

    I also tried this trophy on PS5 and it didn't register.

    Edit: Also not getting any adept killers even though a 4k and Merciless displayed.

    Same on Steam. I used Jolt, and in my game it says it is a demogorgon perk, even though it is general perk now.
