I wanted to go with an unorthodox way for a killers ability.

Xenomorph

The Xenomorph has 3 stages.

Stage 1: Facehugger

Latch onto a survivor. The impregnated survivor goes unconscious for 15 seconds and cannot be awoken. Generator repair rate for all survivors is reduced by 4% during this stage. Has no terror radius.

Stage 2: Chestburster

Chestburster breaks out of its host, downing the survivor in the process. 

Ability: Evolve: Takes 30 seconds to activate its final stage and evolve. Has no terror radius while evolving.

Generator repair rate is reduced by 8% while evolving.

Stage 3: Xenomorph

Ability: Gives the ability to attach and detach to walls, ceilings and other environmental objects. Has no terror radius while attached.

Perk 1: Pheromones

Everytime you activate your ability, 2, 3, 4 survivors auras are shown for 2, 3, 4 seconds.

Perk 2: Unnamed

Everytime a survivor begins to run, you will see their aura for 2, 3, 4 seconds and their scratch marks will stay visible for 2 seconds longer.

Perk 3:  Unnamed

Everytime a generator progress is 40%, 30%, 20% completed, you will get a visual cue.

Ripley

Perk 1: Get Away From Her

Start with 5 tokens. Everytime a survivor would go down within your radius of 10m, 15m, 20m, you lose a token. Instead of going down, they will get a bleedout timer of 15 seconds.

Perk 2: Strength In Numbers

For every survivor within your 10m radius, you will get a 2%, 4%, 6% increase in repairing, healing and sabotaging.

Perk 3: Distortion

Whenever you complete a generator or a healing action, you gain a token. Whenever you make a noise, your action is silenced and a token is consumed.

If I might suggest a perk name for 1&2 for the Alien then it would be:

Perk 2: Tracking and Hunting

Perk 3: Inner Senses

Perk 3 already shares a name with Jeff, the current new survivor. Might I suggest Distorting or a synonym thereof?
