Survivor tutorial glitch

In the tutorial when the killer is going to hit you he misses and then when he is picking you up he gets stuned and Dwight gets stuck and then you cant do tutorial. So new players can not get David this must be fixed quickly.

    I am having this issue as well. Recently installed the game over night, since its like a 9 hr download for me. Start the game, go into Tutorial, Play as Survivor, because everything else is locked, get through the look around Tutorial, walk/run/vault scenarios, Repair the generator, vault into the killer trap, complete first struggle check, and the wiggle skill check, Meg Thomas pulls the Pallet down, Killer drops my character and stuck in infinite loop. I have been waiting to play this game for a very long time, PLEASE help me fix this issue if possible...
