PC - Survivors stuck on a door

I just played as Nemesis, on Racoon city east wing
2 survivors got stuck on the door (broken wall) the one you'll see in the screenshot
They could not do anything until I punched one of them
I saw zombies stuck in the exact same door alot of times, but never survivors .. it is obviously that door has a problem
