How I Would Change "Hex: Ruin"
Hex: Ruin is a perk that a lot of people are familiar with from the old meta, however I thought of a way of making this perk still worth brining but still keep it's primary function the same.
Current Effect
A Hex that affects Generator Repair progress of all Survivors.
Whenever a Generator is not being repaired by a Survivor, it will immediately and automatically regress its Repair progress at 50/75/100% of the normal Regression speed.
- Once any Survivor is killed by any means, Hex: Ruin deactivates and reverts its Hex Totem into a Dull Totem.
New Effect
It's essence drains the life from us, their scornful touch blisters the hardest of surfaces.
Whenever a Generator is not being repaired by a Survivor, it will immediately and automatically regress its repair progress at 50/75/100% of the normal Regression speed. A Generator regressing from Hex: Ruin can still be interacted with.
- When damaging a Generator while it is regressing from Hex: Ruin, the Regression speed is doubled. This effect also applies other perks if applicable.
What Does This Do?
Hex: Ruin will still serve it's primary function, but it will now have synergy with regression perks like Call of Brine and Overcharge. Basically serving as a perk that provides better utility when you synergize it with other perks.
It will also reward the Killers for going out of their way to kick Generators, but still reward them for pressuring Survivors normally, providing a nice middle area where the Killer needs to think about which they would prefer.

I think the ideal change I would make isn't to ruin, but it's to overcharge making it so that any generators that regress for any reason start at 75% and work their way up to 200%. This way Ruin, Oppression, Jolt, Knights kicking generators, etc all apply Overcharge and give 200% regression after 30 seconds
