Adept achievement not unlocking (STEAM)

I got a merciless victory with Nemesis using only his perks and didn't get the achievement. Same thing happened with Oni a few weeks ago. It did unlock for Knight, Mastermind, and Clown when I tried theirs. Seems to only fail with certain killers.

We are aware of some achievements not unlocking, this is listed on the patch notes. Thank you for your report.
