PC - The Cannibal's Charges don't refill
I was playing a round as the cannibal, no add-ons, with perks Insidious (tier 2), Iron Grasp (tier 3), Hex: NOED (Tier 2), and Scourge Hook Monstrous Shrine. It was on one of the maps with cornfields, a killer shack in the middle and not much else.
The main issue was that about a minute into the game my charges stopped refilling. I didn't notice for a bit, until I tried to use the chainsaw again, but I believe this started after I unintentionally continued a chainsaw sweep after hitting a survivor, and ended the sweep using all charges by hitting an unfinished (but partially repaired) generator.
The white charging indicator still worked, or rather it progressed like normal and seemed to show full progress, but would not increase my charges above 0. Thus for the rest of the match, I was unable to use chainsaw sweep.
I plan on playing a round or two more as Cannibal, so we will see if it happens again, and if it does I will update this report.
