Ruthless
is it required to hook 9 times to get merciless? What is the actual parameters for merciless? Does anyone know?

Hooks are now irrelevant for end game performance. 4k is now a merciless and 3k is ruthless

Merciless now is just a 4k. Can't have any DC's, or kills though. They need to be sacrificed as far as I know.

Yeah, I have no clue. I've seen it a bunch too; 4k, no DC, no moris or bleed outs... Ruthless.

Adept achievements are bugged right now. Sometimes they unlock and sometimes not.
Personally I'd wait until BHVR fixes them whenever the next update is (hopefully).
