Last minute hero bug

So I doing the last minute hero master challenge and I do all the requirements but the challenge never completed even though the end game had started and I rescued someone even reaching ten seconds all that happened was they got hit and entered deep wound if a survivor is hit and enters deep wound that doesn't mean that can't as a unsafe hook rescue as the survivor never went down they're still standing.
