Who are "The Twins"? Never heard of them. Nor was there a chapter titled "Binding of Kin". I think you're mixing up the game with another, maybe?

The PTB serves for testing and hyping up the playerbase by giving them a taste of whats to come. Everything else about Tools of Torment is very high quality and overall there are basically no complaints of the Shelter Woods update, new Survivors or the new perks. Skull Merchant on the other hand is very clearly an unfinished product that'll probably be HEAVILY refined by the time they reach live.

Yes.
Some of the houses and the cars tank FPS on the Series X.
Garden of Joy does the same, as does RPD.
