like if 2 people are following a person being carried is there double the effects or can only 1 person affect the one being carried?

No, it doesn't stack.

nope, but if one person is running breakout and one person is running flip flop and one person is running a body blocker build, and one person is running boiled over and the killer isnt running iron grasp+agitation...
