Once a match... per survivor. If you want to play nice and spread hooks, you have a chance to get screwed over by this perk four times a game.
I always said that if old Dead Hard for distance could only be used once per match, you would still see all four survivors run it every game just because of how insanely strong it is to press a button at any time and get free distance.
BR + SB is old Dead Hard for distance on giga steroids. Press a button and gain 18 meters of distance over 3 seconds. For context, it takes 30 seconds for a 4.6 killer running in a straight line trying to catch up to a survivor running in a straight line that is 18m away (the killer closes 0.6 meters of distance per second against a survivor running at the default speed of 4 meters per second).
There is a reason why people want this perk to get nerfed into oblivion before ever playing against it. You can tell how completely busted it is at first glance without really needing to test anything out.
The only way to guarantee not dealing with Blood Rush + Sprint Burst is to hard tunnel off hook, camp someone to death if they are second stage, or play Plague so survivors can't heal easily. It's a perk with ZERO counterplay that is straight up just free distance that is always 100% safe.

Honestly probably better. 1.8s of SB and a 2-3 second cooldown for the killer. A survivor can probably gain more distance from that than a 3s SB.
So yeah, the perk would be useless. Why bother using 2 perks, when you can just take a hit and do better.
Even better, since the killer has to chase you to get that hit, the other one the killer can just leave and waste less time. So yep, why bother using a perk that just helps the killer?
