Diagonal locker/Knight guard bug

Map - MacMillian Estate - Coal Tower
A guard downed a survivor that was in a locker. The locker was placed diagonally in a corner of the tile, and when the survivor went down, they got shoved behind the locker, into the small triangle of space caused by it's placement. Neither myself or any of the other survivors could reach him to pick up and they apparently couldn't crawl out of that space. Unfortunately they had to bleed out.
