[PC] Feral Frenzy does not trigger "Hex: Face the Darkness"

As the title says, I recently was playing Legion to try and complete a tome challenge related to this perk. It's description reads:

"Once you injure a survivor by any means"

However I quickly noticed that using Legion's power to injure a survivor did not make the perk light up nor did it light a hex totem, meaning the perk did not activate.

It's quite easy to reproduce, simply bring the perk and stab a survivor with Legion's frenzy and the perk will not work.

    Was the survivor already injured before using Frenzy? It has to be a healthy survivor getting injured in order for it to work (just deep-wounding an already injured survivor doesn't count as "injuring" and won't activate the perk).

    I just tried it with Legion myself and had no problems with it.
