Earning old charms

Why can't we be given a chance to earn old charms? My xbox died so I had to buy a new console (PS5 because ew xbox) and since console cross progression STILL hasn't happened I can't access any of the old charms I used to show my commitment to certain characters (like run jin concert ticket or elodies Madagascan instrument). There are so many ways to go about this with the most obvious being a prestige award instead of their stupid perk icon charms that nobody uses.

    Yeah I'd like access to more charms too. I know this will probably never happen unless Netflix decides to be nice, but I had all of Nancy's costumes on my other console, but on PC I've none. :(

    At least if we could buy them again, I'd gladly do that.
