Error No Internet Connection

When I enter the game it tells me that I don't have an internet connection, after 20 attempts I entered the game and it didn't even load the crack of the files and when I was looking for a game with my friends I was left alone in the lobby room. I would like to be able to play, thank you. PS: I have a very good internet connection via ethernet and a good company.
