Ideas for Myers Buffs and add-on reworks

Myer's Tier 1 has a really slow movespeed in addition to a short lunge making Myers Tier 1 a complete downside and not a resource its supposed to be. Myers further have issues with his add-ons with many add-ons giving pointless boosts, having severe downsides, or having the effect too limited. Because of these bad add-ons and the decent ones being very build specific, most add-on combinations end up being a build specific add-on + the green stalking gain rate add-on (only exceptions being the mirror add-ons or running both iredecent's.)

To fix these issues I'll be buffing the movespeed of tier 1 to be the same as the slower killers while giving a bit more stalking speed to tier up easier. To fix the add-on issues many add-ons were replaced with new Unique effects or severely buffed.

Base Kit Buffs:

Tier 1 movespeed: 105% -> 110% (4.2 m/s -> 4.4 m/s.)

Stalking speed increases: 0.92 m/s when stalking a survivor -> 1.0 m/s. 2.76 m/s when stalking but no survivors -> 3 m/s. (slightly worse then +10% stalking speed for both.)

Add-on Changes:

Add-ons Completely Reworked: The brown and green stalking speed add-ons (yellow stays), the stalking for 1 second to aura reading for only Tier 1 add-on, The add-on for being stuck in tier 1 and see aura's of survivor in 32 meters when stalking (the tier 2 version stays.)

  • Tacky Earrings (Brown): Hitting a Survivor while in Tier 1, sets your stalking at 99%. (does not affect any survivors maximum stalking amount.)
  • Jewellery Box (green): Hitting a Survivor while in Tier 1, causes them to drop their item. Increases the range of The Shape's Lunge Attack by +50 % while in Evil Within I.
  • Reflective Fragment (Yellow): When you leave Tier 3, injured survivors suffer from Mangled and Haemorrhage until healed.
  • Scratched Mirror (purple): While your in Tier 3: Reduce the Cool-down of missed Basic Attacks by 30% and reduce Pallet Stun duration by 50%. These reductions do not stack with perks.

Add-ons Buffed:

  • Blond Hair (brown): Increase Tier 3 duration by 10 seconds. (removed the 50% extra stalking need for first tier 3.)
  • Hair Brush (yellow): Increase Tier 3 duration by 20 seconds. Increase first Tier 3 stalking requirement by 33%. (first extra stalking is currently 50%.)
  • Lock of Hair (purple): Increase Tier 3 duration by 40 seconds. Increase first Tier 3 stalking requirement by 75%. (first stalking requirement used is currently 100%.)
  • Glass Fragment (yellow) + Mirror Shard (Green): The auras of survivors, who have been stalked for at least 1 second, are revealed for 3 seconds (5 seconds for the Green version. Used to only work in tier 2).

Add-on changes Reasoning:

  • Tier 1 hitting add-ons: Tier 1's Undetectable is supposed to be a resource that can be used for early game free hits. With the better Tier 1 movespeed there's more ability to utilize these type of effects and build upon the existing tier 1 lunge range add-on. The new Tacky Earrings allow you to get to tier 2 much faster while also scoring an undetectable hit on a survivor making the usually bad early game of Myers into a pretty normal one. This does need you to be able to stealth up and land a hit so you may need to run one of the tier 1 lunge range add-ons. The other add-on Jewellery Box let you slow the game down by dropping items, and since your undetectable, make survivors very hesitant to come back for them. If you combine this add-on with the other Tier 1 lunge range you nearly get a normal lunge range. (0.5 seconds is a normal lunge time, while Tier 1 Myers is 0.2 seconds so having two 50% boosts is: 0.2 seconds -> 0.3 sec -> 0.45 seconds.)
  • Removal of the tier 1 wall hacks: This mirror add-on of the two is currently the weaker one and only viable if you send yourself to a small indoor map. An undetectable killer with the ability to see through walls is a bit toxic if it was actually good. Considering the number of buffs that this would indirectly get (more movespeed, faster stalk, a lunge range add-on that also drop items.) this add-on had to be gotten rid of so this wouldn't be broken.
  • Reflective Fragment rework: This add-on is designed to capitalize on survivors intentionally not healing during tier 3 since there's no point of wasting time healing when you might get insta-downed. Survivors will usually wait until after tier 3 and with this add-on they will now need to deal with Mangled and Haemorrhage for being greedy. (considering this is conditional Sloppy butcher on a killer that can run it, this won't be amazing, but I think its fair as a yellow add-on.)
  • Scratched Mirror rework: This add-on is all about making Tier 3 even more scary. It gives you the effects of Enduring and Unrelenting. With this you can swing through pallets with little worry knowing that you have 50% reduced pallet stun if the pallet is dropped and 30% attack miss reduction if you whiff. (also tier 3 has a slightly longer lunge of 0.6 seconds instead of 0.5 and an even faster vault then tier 2's faster vault)
  • Tier 3 duration add-on buffs: The green add-on (which I didn't change) of these was the only good one as it had the same increased first tier 3 stalk requirement as the brown and yellow while providing more duration while the purple one only gave an extra 10 seconds over the green add-on for 50% more requirement. To fix this I buffed the add-ons by decreasing the Stalking requirement increase so it had a fairy ration with the duration increase.
  • Keeping the Yellow stalk add-on: The move speed while stalking is mostly pointless but their are two add-ons (the mirror add-on and the stalk for 1 second to aura read.) this can work well with so I decided to leave one of them. I choose to leave the yellow add-on since it + the base stalk speed buff ends up being a bit stronger then just running the current green version (since 20% of 1 m/s and 3 m/s is slightly higher then 30% of 0.92 m/s and 2.76 m/s.)
