Why is no one talking about the dead hard bug?
I may just sound like a salty survivor main but i don't take this game seriously, I don't play to win, I play for fun. But over the last few months the dead hard bug has gotten really annoying. If u don't know what it is, you basically start the dh animation but just flop on the ground instead of taking the hit like it's intended to. I know I could just step away from dead hard and use a different exhaustion perk but I haven't played a single match without dead hard since 2017, I'm extremely reliant on it, I'm trying to stop being so reliant on it but I'm not there yet. It's not a game breaking bug but it does get frustrating after it keeps consistently happening

This is because of latency.
There's not really any fixing it, you just have to play around it.

Yep they basically made it so it's whoever the server see's either connected their hit or pressed e. Previously it would go off what the survivors client saw first, making laggy dh's disturbingly good.

The killer swung on his screen and hit you. A message goes from his computer to the server saying he hit you.
You dead harded and avoided the hit on your screen. A message goes from your computer to the server saying you dodged.
Whosever message gets to the server first "wins" and their version of what happened wins out over the other.
