What's your favorite underutilized perk?
There's a lot of perks in dbd, some are bad, others are considered meta, but most sit somewhere in the middle. So I'll ask you, what's your favorite perk that you don't see used often? Or a perk that you consider criminally underrated for how good it is. Any perk will do as long as you consider it underrated, killer or survivor.
I think my favorite "underrated" perk is mad grit, it either does nothing an entire game or does everything. I've had many times where mad grit has won me an otherwise hopeless game, it's one of my favorite perks because of it.

Whispers....

Inner Healing. 8 second heal which can be earned and held until needed. Combines well with head on and annoys boon users 🙃

Vigil.. absolutely love that perk combined with SB.
On killer side, superior anatomy can actually be extremely effective in ending a chase with a simple mindgame at a window, yet I never see it on builds. Whispers is also underrated.

Distortion is still heavily underrated especially with how many aura perks are floating around. Lethal, Nowhere to hide, Floods of rage, BBQ, I’m all ears and the list of aura add-ons are all countered completely

Agitation, LOVE this perk because I go zoom. On slower killers it is the whip cream of builds.

Empathic Connection and Deja Vu are underrated. People see the small bonuses they provide to healing/repair and dismiss them as bad perks but those aren't the main point of those perks, the main point is the information.
With Empathic, any injured survivor in chase knows where you are and can avoid bringing the killer to you, and can go to you for a heal if they escape chase. This becomes more valuable if you run another healing perk with it, but you don't have to.
Deja Vu tells you right at the start where a potential 3 gen is and tells you to break it ASAP. Repeat with each completed gen until there is no 3 gen anymore.

Red Herring / Diversion.
It is by no means the most consistent perk, but if you can use it to manufacture situations where the killer is looking for a phantom for 10-15s, it's really good.

Iron maiden for sure.

Was distortion but it is getting a lot of use these days. With the abundance of camping killers and faster recovery on successful hits Desperate Measures comes in clutch for an unhook and also getting my teammates healed faster off hook. Also, shadowstep. Most boons nowadays are just CoH but Nurses is making a comeback so it has come in clutch.

Play with your food
That 5% movement speed does a lot more then people think and especially with killers like Legion who can easilly find the obsession it's really fun
Also fun with knight as it stacks with his speed boost from making long patrols

Bond, not running the killer into your teammates working on gens is pretty huge

spies from the shadows on killer, fixated on survivor. spies is good for the blendettes with urban evasion that get right back on the gen after you kick it. fixated just because i walk tech a lot.
Used to love Iron Will but RIP
