XBOX/RIFT - Can’t claim a cosmetic I unlocked a few days ago

A few days ago I unlocked the Valentines Day skin for Deathslinger, but when I went to put it on him today it not only doesn’t show up in my cosmetic inventory but also doesn’t show up as owner in the rift. I have completed nearly double the amount of levels in the span of unlocking the torso so I’m not sure what the issue is. I do not know how to replicate it, I have restarted game and console multiple times.
