Breakable Walls and There issues.

So when breakable walls were added they made them sound like it was be a benefit for killers. Slowing down powerful loops, but instead they are mostly there to force killers to slow down chase to deal with that wall while a survivor just vaults through the window nearby. Now on some maps this is fine. Like the front desk on Midwich, it’s not as fun on maps like Dead Dog When all the best loops have either a one way window or a breakable wall to continue the chase properly.

I remember someone on here suggesting making breakable vault locations so a killer can destroy one or two loops and removing a few breakable walls.

    I always wanted to see a new Survivors mechanic that would Rework Breakable walls entirely; and reconverted to Buildable Walls instead.

    How it would work is this:

    All typical Walls spawn points, plus additional doorways, windows, and possible pallet spawns would be nuked and somewhat unavailable. For example, Dead Dog Saloon; they can scrap the walls and windows entirely, make the whole structure sort of unsafe at the start of the match. Survivors will have the passive new interaction ability to go to a particular spot in that building and properly invested in time in building up their defense and delay the Killer's approach. They can have multiple unique animations that allows them to set up a sandbag wall that allows a Survivor to create a vault point, it allows a Survivor to board up the doorway and blocked it off, and if they want to take the extra Milestone, Build up lost pallets already broken for only once.

    Of course, Building is time consuming and depending the structure, will cost a good among of time as well as it can only be done once and then it is gone when the killer destory the barriers separated you from the Survivor's safe space. Of course, if the Survivors take some time off gen, it will allow to killer some to engage in regular chase without being pressure by gen rushing. Survivors could choose to focus solo on Gens and don't bother with any building mini games to win; but will risk being far more exposed and be outplay by strong and smart Killer with less pallets and window locations to work with.

    You can even created a new item, called Hammer/nails; which allows you to speed up or create more then one pallet in the map; to make new type of playstyle called Buildiers which focus solely on keeping your teammates Alive with stronger pallets, walls, and vault locations that the Killer's needs to break.

    I don't have the numbers for how long each building requires, but I can imagine Vaulting locations are the quickest to set up and easy to destory and pallets are far more valuable and take long time to build. If it was up to me, I would like making Pallet building takes a solid Minute of your time as a Survivor and vaults and walls takes 15-30 seconds of your time.
