No Texture on Onryo Well in loading Screen

At all graphical settings, the well behind the Onryo appears untextured rather than it's typical stone texture.
Restarting the game did not fix the issue for me. The well still appears pitch black.
I just noticed this today. Not sure for how long it has been occurring or whether anyone else has experienced it. Couldn't find another thread on it.

Same for me, no textures on the well at all. Also, when she looks up and does her jump scare, I no longer see her eye. It just looks like a black mess of hair.
