Flashbang bug

It has been happening a while now but the flashbang are no longer making any sound when they are dropped on the ground or at the very least the chase music is too loud for the noise to be heard making it nearly impossible to avoid by sound now. I am on Xbox series S and I used to be able to hear a dropped flashbang but can't now ever since Wesker was released.
