PC (Steam) - Knight Guards Getting Stuck

Steps:
1: Play the Knight in a public match
2: Summon a guard near a small bush or rock (I've noticed this twice on Grave of Glenvale now)
3: Guard clips on top of the terrain obstacle and remains stuck there for the duration of the hunt.
Character Played: The Knight
Perks Played: Lethal Pursuer, BBQ, Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, Nowhere to Hide
Map: Grave of Glenvale (could be more, I don't play Knight very often)
Frequency: At least once per match
