Game is closing on its own and still giving queue penalty

When loaded into the match a prompt to close game pops up on its own, after hitting "cancel" the game proceeds to still close on its own about 5 seconds later. My friend is having the same issue. We're both running the game off the xbox app on pc. I tested to see if this would still happen in the practice modes but this only happens online, no problems with my connection or computer either. Is anyone else having the same issue? It just started happening today mid afternoon.
